RESOLUTION
APPOINTING A HEARING OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF ELGIN'S
ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION SYSTEM OF VIOLATIONS OF
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE STANDING, PARKING
OR CONDITION OF VEHICLES ORDINANCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Mark Schuster be and is hereby reappointed as a hearing officer for the City of Elgin administrative
adjudication system of violations of traffic regulations concerning the standing,parking or condition
of vehicles ordinance.
