RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR REMINGTON MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
(3401 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by V3 Consultants dated May 25, 2004 and revised
August 17, 2004 and October 26, 2004 for Remington Meadows, provided, however, that the
property owner of Remington Meadows,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any individual
lots or dwelling units within Remington Meadows until a backup special service area for stormwater
management facilities and other common area improvements is established for the Remington
Meadows Subdivision.
