RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PROVIDENCE SUBDIVISION—UNIT 1B
(3201 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Cemcon, Ltd. dated March 5, 2004 and revised
September 27, 2004 for Providence Subdivision— Unit 1B, provided, however, that the property
owner of Providence Subdivision — Unit 1B, or any successor in interest, shall not convey any
individual lots or dwelling units within Providence Subdivision—Unit 1B until a backup special
service area for stormwater management facilities and other common area improvements is
established for the Providence Subdivision—Unit 1B.
