RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR REMINGTON AT PROVIDENCE SUBDIVISION
(3201 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Cemcon, Ltd. dated February 21, 2004 and revised
June 29, 2004, August 4, 2004, September 2, 2004, September 27, 2004, October 11, 2004 and
October 20, 2004 for Remington at Providence Subdivision, provided, however, that the property
owner of Remington at Providence,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any individual lots
or dwelling units within Remington at Providence until a backup special service area for stormwater
management facilities and other common area improvements is established for the Remington at
Providence Subdivision.
