BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the plat of resubdivision prepared by W-T Land Surveying, Inc. dated August 27,
2004 for Advanced Auto Elgin East at 571 Cooper Avenue, 954 and 970 Liberty Street.
