RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OI COMMUNICATIONS RFEMENT
WITH OROL INC FU A RADIO SYSTEM REPEATER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
David M. Dorgan, City Manager, be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Communications Products Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Motorola, Inc. for the
installation of a radio system repeater, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
