RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR WATERFORD SUBDIVISION-NEIGHBORHOOD 6
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Manhard Consulting Ltd. dated November 13,2002 and
revised March 14,2003,May 7,2003,November 25,2003,December 31,2003 and July 6,2004 for
Waterford Subdivision-Neighborhood 6,provided,however,that the property owner of Waterford
Subdivision-Neighborhood 6,Kimball Hill Homes,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any
individual lots or dwelling units within Waterford Subdivision-Neighborhood 6 until a backup
special service area for stormwater management facilities and other common area improvements is
established for the Water Subdivision-Neighborhood 6 development.
