RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR CREEKSIDE SUBDIVISION
(2700 Hopps Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Dale Floyd Land Surveying LLC dated March 12, 2004
and revised May 5, 2004 for Creekside Subdivision,provided,however, that the property owner of
Creekside Subdivision,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any individual lots or dwelling
units within Creekside Subdivision until a backup special service area for stormwater management
facilities and other common area improvements is established for the Creekside Subdivision.
