RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Lucy Elliott be and is hereby appointed as a member of the 1501h Commemoration Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that J. Patrick Hudgens be and is hereby reappointed as a
member and chairman of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jim Biewer be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the HVAC Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Michael Robins be and is hereby appointed as.a member
of the Civil Service Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Connie Zapata be and is hereby retained as a member of
the Civil Service Commission notwithstanding such member's previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Timothy Michaels be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board(E-911),for a term to expire May 1,2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that JoAnne Foley be and is hereby retained as a member of
the Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board(E-911) notwithstanding such member's previous
failure to meet minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Chesbrough be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Timothy Bates be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Charles Miller be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr.Franz Stockmann be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Health, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ed Whitcomb be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Board of Health, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bernice Gromer be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Grote be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Elaine Viviano be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Deborah Eickstaedt be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Vicki Pelock,for a term to
expire May 1, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rich Jacobs be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Hemmens Advisory Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Robert Smith, for a term to expire
May 1, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Evelyn Chapman be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Eric Pepa be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kathy Skaggs be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr.Wellesley Scott,Jr.be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Human Relations Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Larry Pickens be and is hereby retained as a member of
the Human Relations Commission notwithstanding such member's previous failure to meet
minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jennifer Almanza be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that Lelia Feliciano be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Judy Steffen be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Thomas Bernardoni be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Matt Iverson be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Shirley Friedman be and is hereby retained as a member
of the Image Advisory Commission notwithstanding such member's previous failure to meet
minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Gilliam be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Local Liquor Control Commission, for a term to expire April 30, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kenneth Kehe be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Leon Montgomery be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Norm Weber be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jay Cox be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the
Property Maintenance Board of Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2009,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that J. Patrick Hudgens be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ray Diehl be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Board of Examiners of Stationary Engineers, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
