CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR BID ITEM C-I1
SCOPE: Change Order No. 1 and Final will add one work item to the lump sum contract with
Ron Baker Painting, Inc for Bid Item C-11, "Painting" of the New Public Works Facility Project -
Bid Package C.
REASONS FOR CHANGE: This Change Order No. 1 and Final is in the best interest of the
City and is authorized by law. The construction work scope adjustments were unforeseen at the
time of original contract award.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES IN CONTRACT AMOUNT: The amount the contract will be
revised is as follows:

1. Repaint walls of lunch room with lighter shade of green paint. $375.00
The original contract with Ron Baker, Inc. is for $123,000.00. By reason of Change Order No. 1
and Final, the contract for Bid Item C-11, "Painting" of the New Public Works Facility Project-
Bid Package C.will be increased by the amount of three hundred and seventy-five and 00/100
dollars($375.00). The new contract amount, inclusive of Change Order No. 1 and Final, is one
hundred and twenty-three thousand, three hundred and seventy-five and 00/100 dollars
($123,375.00).
OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS: All other contract provisions shall remain the same.
