CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR BID ITEM -5
SCOPE: Change Order No.1 and Final will add one work it m to the lump sum contract with
Pezza Landscape Inc for Bid Item A-5, "Landscaping" of the New Public Works Facility Project -
Bid Package A.
REASONS FOR CHANGE: This Change Order No.1 and inal is in the best interest of the City
and is authorized by law. The construction work scope adju, ments were unforeseen at the time
of original contract award.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES IN CONTRACT AMOUN : The amount of the contract will be
revised as follows:

1. Construct a landscape berm with six foot tall Austrian Pin: tree $1, 000.00
between east wall of office area and Fleet Services drop o 6 lot.
The original contract with Pezza Landscape Inc. is for $101,000.00. By reason of Change Order
No. 1 and Final, the contract for Bid Item A-5, "Landscapin." of the New Public Works Facility
Project - Bid Package A will be increased by the amount of•ne thousand and 00/100 dollars
($1,000.00). The new contract amount, inclusive of Change Order No.1 and Final is one hundred
and two thousand, six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($102,600.00).
OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS: All other contract provisions shall remain the same.
