RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR ENGLEMANN'S
FIRST ADDITION TO FLOWERWOOD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by Luco
Construction, Inc . dated December 18, 2002 for Englemann's First
Addition to Flowerwood. Recording of the final plat is
conditioned upon the recording of an ingress and egress easement
concurrent with the recording of the final plat .
