RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
AMENDMENT APPLICATION REGARDING THE
ELGIN NORTHWEST EXPANSION AREA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David M. Dorgan, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Water Quality Management Plan
Amendment Application on behalf of the City of Elgin to the
Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency for an amendment to the Fox River
Water Reclamation District Facility Planning Area to include the
Elgin Northwest Expansion Area as identified on the map which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference .
