RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PRINCETON WEST PHASE 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by V3
Consultants dated May 16, 2003 and revised June 30, 2003 , July 17,
2003 , August 4 , 2003 , August 22 , 2003 , September 19, 2003 and
September 23 , 2003 for Princeton West Phase 2 , provided, however,
that the property owner of Princeton West Phase 2 , Princeton West,
L.L.C. , or any successor in interest, shall not convey any
individual lots or dwelling units within Princeton West Phase 2
until a backup special service area for stormwater management
facilities and other common area improvements is established for
the Princeton West Phase 2 development .
