RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joseph Nickels be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1,
2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard Sinnett be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Building Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stephen F. Silva be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Building Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Lauderdale be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Electrical Committee, for a
term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Floyd Cork be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Plumbing Committee, for a term to
expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fredric "Doc" Tessendorf be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Warm Air Heating Committee,
for a term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Rouse be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Denise K. Bowman be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Connie Zapata be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that JoAnn - Foley be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System
Board (E-911) , for a term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Donna Scott be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System
Board (E-911) , for a term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mary G. Camacho be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Franz Stockmann be and is
hereby retained as a member of the Board of Health notwithstanding
such member' s . previous failure to meet minimum attendance
requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Brenda Rodgers be and is hereby
appointed as ex officio member from the City Council of the Hemmens
Advisory Board, to fulfill the unexpired term of Stuart Wasilowski
which expires May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Gregory Smith be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that George Albee be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the. Heritage Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Aloun Khotisene be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dennis L. Novotny be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Larry Pickens be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Human Relations Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Shirley Friedman be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Susan Moylan be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a
term to expire May 1 , 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Susan Angell-Case be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Image- Advisory Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lilia Feliciano be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission to fulfill
the unexpired term of Gregory Guerrero, for a term to expire May 1,
2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jennifer Almanza be and is hereby
. retained as a member of the Image Advisory Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Judy Steffen be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Image Advisory Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT . FURTHER RESOLVED that Michael Bailey be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a
term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Genevieve Dolan be and is hereby
reappointed as a. member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a
term to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Allison Surerus be and is hereby
reappointed as the Elgin/YMCA Future Leaders Club representative as
a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire
January 31, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Temi Latinwo be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term
to expire May 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Gary Lichthardt be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of
Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2008 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stephen Silva be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of
Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2008 .
BE" IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ann Stuart be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals,
for a term to expire May 1, 2007 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Daryl Allen be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Examiners of Stationary
Engineers, for a term to expire May 1 , 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that A. Bruce Trego be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Planning and Development Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Charles A. Gruber be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Planning and Development Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christopher Miller be and is
