RESOLUTION
TERMINATING THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF JOYCE A. PARKER AND
TERMINATING JOYCE A. PARKER AS THE CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that effective immediately the employment contract
between the City of Elgin and Joyce A. Parker originally dated
October 23 , 1997, as amended, be and is hereby terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective immediately Joyce A.
Parker be and is hereby terminated as City Manager of the City of
Elgin.
