RESOLUTION
APPOINTING OLUFEMI FOLARIN AS INTERIM CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin be and is hereby appointed Interim
City Manager with authority to exercise all the powers and to carry
out to the best of his ability all the duties imposed upon him as
City Manager by the statutes of the State of Illinois and the
ordinances of the City of Elgin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appointment made herein shall
be effective immediately and shall terminate upon the appointment
and qualification of a permanent successor to Joyce A. Parker as
City Manager.
