RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO RANDALL ROAD
OFFICE BUILDING, L.L.C. FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE HOLMES RIIAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIl OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to reimb rse Randall Road Office
Building, L.L. C. for the installation of sanitary sewer and water
main improvements within the Holmes Ro.d right-of-way from its
intersection with Randall Road westerly t. Capital Street and then
northerly within the Capital Street rigit-of-way in the City of
Elgin, in the sum of $33 , 093 . 73 .
