RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR WOODLAND MEADOWS NORTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by
Alan J. Coulson, P.C. dated September 6, 2001 for Woodland Meadows
North. Execution and recording of the final plat is subject to and
conditioned upon the following:
1 . Design and submit to the city plans for a storm sewer
system to drain the southwest corner of the proposed site to the
west into the city' s detention basin located in the vicinity of
Longford Drive. The design and plans for such storm sewer system
must be approved by the city engineer.
2 . Provide letter of credit to the city in the amount of
$277, 524 . 50 . The letter of credit must be reviewed and approved by
the Legal Department and Finance Department .
3 . Payment to the city of engineering fees in the amount of
$3 , 784 .42 .
eft 4 . Provide plans for a 5 ' sidewalk along Summit Street
fronting the Woodland Meadows subdivision. The plans for such
sidewalk must be approved by the city engineer.
