RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE TOLLGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by Sheets
Surveying Service, Inc . dated March 20 , 2001 for the Tollgate
Industrial Park. Recording of the final plat is subject to and
conditioned upon the City of Elgin' s receipt of the following:
1 . Original executed easement agreement in recordable form for a
water main easement from the Flender Corporation.
2 . Original executed grant of conservation right and easement in
recordable form on the subject property.
3 . Applicant to provide a monetary assurance in the amount of one
year' s estimated maintenance cost, as approved by the City
Engineer, for the storm water detention area.
