low RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN WESTFIELD BUSINESS PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the
underground and surface improvements, which include water main,
storm sewer, sanitary sewer, streets, sidewalks, and lights in
Westfield Business Park.
