BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS that 1998 scavenger licenses be and are hereby

Dear Ms . Blezins :
This letter is regarding the Alliance Waste Services application
for a 1998 scavenger licence. The business applications sent to
me states you will license one scavenger truck in the City of
Elgin. The annual license fee for one Vehicle is $25 .00 and was
due January 1, 1998 . A bill was sent to your office in early
December and is still not paid.
I will send a list of approved scavenger applicants to the City
Clerk on April 20, 1998 . Please pay the license fee by this date
to assure your business is on this list.
