BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by
Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd. dated April 3, 1998 and revised
April 15, 1998 and May 5, 1998 for Northwest Corporate Park.
