BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by
John T. Whitehouse dated May 2, 1997 and revised May 19, 1997
for Oakwood Hills Unit 4 .
