BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS that 1997 scavenger licenses be and are hereby
approved for the following applicants :

Browning Ferris Industries of Illinois
Joe Billups Trucking
MHC Willow Lake Estates

scavenger trucks, failure to complete the business
application, failure to provide a certificate of insurance
for 1997 .
