ACCEPTING PHASE I OF THE WING PARK MASTER PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts in principle Phase I of the
Wing Park Master Plan dated February 14, 1996 .
