RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
NEIL W. EASH & ASSOCIATES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a notice of
termination to Neil W. Eash & Associates, Inc. which states
that the City of Elgin terminates its agreement with Neil W.
Eash & Associates, Inc. entered into on September 23, 1993,
ten ( 10) days from the notice pursuant to the
suspension/termination provisions of said agreement.
