APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 12 OF THE
DARLENE MCDERMOTT SUBDIVISION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by
Jensen & Fore dated September 22, 1996 for the resubdivision
of Lot 12 of the Darlene McDermott Subdivision.
