96-131 A Resolution No. 96-131 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES (Elgin Soccer Complex) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Plat of Easement for utility purposes for the property legally described as follows : A 10. 00 foot wide ComEd and Ameritech easement over part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, the center line of said easement described as follows : Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section 23; thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds East, along the northerly extension of the West line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 23, a distance of 30 . 11 feet to the southerly right of way line, as monumented, of U. S. The side lines of said described easement lying between aforesaid Point "A" and the terminus of said described easement. All being situated in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
