ESTABLISHING AN HOURLY RATE FOR HIRE OF POLICE OFFICERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that there be and is he .eby established the
following rates for special police detail . :
I . Regular Members of Police Force :
Units of Local Government ani.
School Districts $ 27 . 50
All Others $ 35 . 00
II . Reserve Officers : $ 14 . 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rates established herein
shall be effective on and after Februa , y 1, 1994 and shall
supersede any rates previously establishe.; .
