RESOLUTION
APPOINTING DONALD GIBBINS TO THE NEW CENTURY
PARTNERSHIP OF ELGIN .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the New Century Partnership of Elgin, an
Illinois not-for-profit corporation, is hereby created to
assist in the redevelopment and revitalization of the Region' s
Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Donald Gibbins is hereby
appointed to membership on the Board of Directors of said New
Century Partnership of Elgin.
