RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE
COUNTY OF KANE AND THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Letter of
Understanding on behalf of the City of Elgin with the County
of Kane and Illinois Department of Transportation for a North
End Bridge Environmental Impact Statement reevaluation, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
