RESOLUTION
APPOINTING ROBERT O. MALM AS INTERIM CITY MANAGER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert O. Malm be and is hereby appointed
Interim City Manager with authority to exercise all the powers
and to carry out to the best of his ability all the duties
imposed upon him as City Manager by the statutes of the State
of Illinois and the ordinances of the City of Elgin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appointment made herein
shall terminate upon the appointment and qualification of a
permanent successor to Larry L. Rice as City Manager.
