AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FOR A
REVISED DRAINAGE DESIGN OF THE SOUTH STREET PUMP STATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Letter of Authorization
on behalf of the City of Elgin with WVP Corporation for a
revised drainage design of the South Street pump station, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
