APPOINTING ROBERT GILLIAM AS A MEMBER OF THE
LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert Gilliam be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Liquor Control Commission for a term to expire
May 1, 1994 .
