BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by
Morrison Surveying Co. , Inc. dated October 31, 1991 for
Country Trails Unit 3 .

2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional)sum of Seven hundred and twenty-nne thousand and
no/100 Dollars ($ 721,000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ;•and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.
