AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES OF ELGIN, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby respectively authorized and
directed to execute a written lease agreement with
Neighborhood Housing Services of Elgin, Inc. for the premises
commonly known as 205 N. Gifford Street, Elgin, Illinois, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
