RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
WARZYN ENGINEERING INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Warzyn Engineering, Inc. for Phase II
Environmental Assessment for the Eby Brown site, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
