BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the preliminary plat
prepared by JEN Land Design, Inc. dated December 13, 1990 and
revised March 12, 1991, May 3, 1991 and July 15, 1991 for the
Anest Property.
