92-321 RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MARTIN GREGORY AS CITY TREASURER
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
WHEREAS, the Mayor and members of the City Council concur
in the appointment of Martin Gregory as City Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Martin Gregory be and is hereby
appointed to the office of City Treasurer of the City of Elgin
with all power, authority and duty of the office of City
Treasurer, as established by the statutes of the State of
Illinois and ordinances of the City of Elgin.
