RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
(55 Kimball Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a written lease agreement
with the Elgin Bethesda Church of God in Christ for the
premises commonly known as 55 Kimball Street, Elgin, Illinois,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
