92-299 RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING PLAT OF EASEMENTS FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES
(Area II)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts the Plat of Easements for
storm sewer purposes from NBD Trust Company of Illinois, as
Trustee under Trust Agreement dated November 1st, 1991, known
as Trust No. 5268, as prepared by John T. Burnidge, an
Illinois Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and dated
October 14 , 1991 for properties located along Lillian Street
in the Area II street and sewer project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Plat of Easements to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .
