ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS IN
VALLEY CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNITS 9 AND 11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the surface improvements, which include pavements,
sidewalks, lights, and trees, in Valley Creek Subdivision,
Units 9 and 11 .
