ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS IN
MANOR HOMES OF SANDY CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground improvements, which include
sanitary sewers and water mains, in the Manor Homes of Sandy
Creek.
