APPOINTING ZOILO SANTIAGO AS A MEMBER OF THE
CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Zoilo Santiago be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Cultural Arts Commission to fulfill the
unexpired term of John Langum, for a term to expire
November 1, 1995 .
