RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR THE
USE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY
(458 Dundee Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Access Agreement for the
Use and Right of Entry onto Property on behalf of the City of
Elgin with Handex of Illinois, Inc. for the monitoring of
wells at 458 Dundee Avenue, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
