92-276 RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN COBBLERS CROSSING SUBDIVISION,
UNITS 1 THROUGH 5 AND UNIT 15
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pavements,
sidewalks, lights, trees and all items associated with these
improvements, in Cobblers Crossing Subdivision, Units 1
through 5 and Unit 15 .
