RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION OF A CERTAIN STORAGE SHED
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the corporate authorities
of the City of Elgin that a certain storage shed is no longer
necessary or useful to the City of Elgin; and
WHEREAS, said storage shed is needed and useful to the
Continental Little League.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that the City Manager is authorized
and directed to transfer all right, title, interest and
possession of the storage shed to the Continental Little
League.
