RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE 1991 MILL/MCCLURE RESURFACING PROJECT
IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts the 1991
Mill/McClure resurfacing project improvements and authorizes
final payment to Tri-On Construction, Inc. for a project cost
of $466 ,937 . 70 .
