AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE EXTENSION
AGREEMENT WITH TRAILS & TREASURES
( 1 Trout Park Boulevard)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby respectively authorized and
directed to execute a written lease extension agreement with
Chester Campbell and Alice Jayne Campbell for the premises
commonly known as Trails & Treasures, 1 Trout Park Boulevard,
Elgin, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
